Privacy notice
Last updated: 4 November 2026. This notice covers the INTSUM newsletter and beta feedback forms.
What we collect
When you join the beta we store your email address, signup source, subscription timestamps, and a random unsubscribe token. When you send feedback we store the message, feedback type, the page you were viewing, the timestamp, and an optional email address if you ask for a reply.
We do not collect your name, employer, or payment details. We do not sell or rent subscriber data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
Email is used only to send the daily brief you asked for, with consent given through the signup checkbox. Feedback is used only to improve INTSUM. Please do not include sensitive personal or customer data in a feedback message.
Who processes it
Email delivery is handled by the SMTP provider configured by the operator. The subscriber and feedback database is stored on the application server and is not exposed by the app. Cloudflare provides DNS and may provide aggregate, cookieless analytics.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends immediately. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. The operator may retain minimal suppression records to honour unsubscribe requests.
